Return & Exchange Policy
White Diamond Jewellery – Returns, Exchanges & Custom Orders
At White Diamond Jewellery, every piece is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. Because many of our creations are made specifically for each customer, our return policy is designed to protect both craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
1. Custom & Personalized Jewellery
All custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, or specially commissioned items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
This includes:
- Custom ring designs
- Personalized engravings
- Made-to-order pieces
- Special gemstone selections
- Customized sizing or modifications requested by the customer
Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Ready-to-Wear Items
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided that:
- The item is unworn and unused.
- It remains in its original condition.
- Original packaging, certificates, and tags are included.
- There are no signs of damage, alteration, or resizing.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
3. Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges on eligible non-custom products within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If the new item has a higher value, customers will be responsible for paying the difference.
Custom and personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order details.
After verification, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or suitable resolution at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using:
- Fully insured shipping
- Tracking services
- Secure packaging
White Diamond Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
